Notifications

Do you use Signal K notifications? They are good for making your boat experience safe and sound. If anything goes wrong SKipper will show warning, alert or emergency notification with sound. But what if you want to see in glance what issues are on your boat in one place? Then notifications page in SKipper home page is perfect.

The page shows colored header that changes color depending on all notification states. This way you can check everything at glance.

All is fine so top bar is green, notice different icons for each notification that will change depending on notification Signal K path.

When any notification state goes to warning, alert or emergency states top bar will change to read with number of active notifications. Also all active notifications will be shown at the top and colored red.

The page will update in realtime and can be handy when you want to check on important things on your boat. Also the list of notifications shows you last time when notification state has been changed (so you can know for how long does the issue occur).
